Ms. Ameena Sohail – Former member legal and head of legal wing at the Ministry of IT & Telecom, and former Legal Advisor of the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority, (NEPRA) carries vast experience of handling regulatory, corporate and commercial matters of infrastructure sector including telecom.  A graduate of the International Islamic University and an alumni of the University of London, Ms. Ameena has extensively served both private and public sector over the last twenty years and has strong commitment to improving governance through application and observance of applicable laws thus leading to growth, improved performance and efficiency of firms and bodies.  She was also member of the committee working on the Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) commonly known as cyber law and remained part of the legislative process from draft to its promulgation. She extensively contributed to the  Personal Data Protection draft bill available on the Official website of the the Ministry of IT & Telecom.
